CR78-PGM is programmer and controller for Roland CR-78 drummachine. With help of it, CR-78 can be programmed very easy (by similar way as with original Roland WS-1 programmer). More over, CR78-PGM enables to control CR-78 during playback manually or via MIRI or DIN-SYNC buses.

Connection to system
MIDI and DIN-SYNC devices are optional. They need not to be connected.

CR78-PGM enables programming in real time or step by step likewise as with original programmer Roland WS-1.
But CR78-PGM has some enhancements:
- selectable length of programming step (10 values available)
- indication of actual programming position (in M:B:T form)
- more instruments (up to 4 inc Accent) can be written into the same position during one programming cycle
